Business Development is not sales.

I am an author and business leader with a passion for gaming. I’ve led teams and business development efforts for organizations of all sizes over a range of industries across the globe. I believe in Steward Leadership. That is setting up the companies I belong to for long term success.

Running games of D&D for my friends has opened my eyes to the opportunity of using these experiences to help develop leadership skills. There is no better way to cement leadership learnings than in the safe environment of a roleplaying game. I write about this topic at length weekly at my blog DnD at Work.
